Customer Advisor Trainee ( Sales & Customer Service )

JOB DESCRIPTION

ENGLISH & CHINESE SPEAKING CANDIDATES required by International relocation company based in Nansha, Guangzhou. The successful applicant must be target driven and sales focused with the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Inbound & outbound call handling to drive sales and ensure quality customer service to our international client base
  • Customer complaint handling
  • Email, SMS and Web correspondence with customers

Person Specification:

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (for Chinese speaker), both written and verbal.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Time management skills and the ability to use initiative with can-do attitude
  • Up-selling abilities
  • Excellent graduates from universities in Guangzhou, such as Sun Yat-sen University, South China University of Technology, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies and so on are also welcome.

We envisage this role will involve working a shift pattern, Monday to Friday with rotated weekend work. In return the company offers a competitive salary, a comprehensive overseas in-house training program, medical insurance coverage and monthly bonus.

Customer Advisor Supervisor ( Sales & Customer Service )

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Inbound & outbound call handling to drive sales and ensure quality customer service to our international client base
  • Customer complaint handling
  • Email, SMS and Web correspondence with customers

Person Specification:

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (for Chinese speaker), both written and verbal.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Time management skills and the ability to use initiative with can-do attitude
  • Up-selling abilities
  • International experience with multinational service-based organisations and centralised customer service centres. (1 year)
  • Previous B2B and B2C experience preferred.
